I read liquid reaction tank as liquid recreation tank. :SBHorse:
Treeanta 20 nov. 2024 la 21:30
funny enough it was good luck, found a completely different chest with the same 2500, so it was a rarity thing, weird stuff, thanks for being so quick with it
Medik  [autor] 20 nov. 2024 la 21:22
maybe it was just good luck?
any case i've already tossed the patch, should be a more vanilla now
Treeanta 20 nov. 2024 la 21:16
after some more testing ive opened other chests with normal loot inside, it was just that "Pod chest" i opened that had that much money inside, still dont know if thats every pod chest though
Medik  [autor] 20 nov. 2024 la 20:51
okay yeah that's a bit much for a starter planet lmao
i think i'm just gonna toss it
Treeanta 20 nov. 2024 la 20:49
i had intended to keep things for the most part vanilla while patching some holes that go against common sense and without changing any core features like loot generation, but it was the first and only chest i had opened on the starting planet and it seemed to be a bit unbalanced, im not sure if every chest spawns with that or not, but if thats a default value in game it might be generating in the wrong chests and wrong difficulties
Medik  [autor] 20 nov. 2024 la 20:15
i assumed it was intentional so i kept it as a patch. not sure if there's anything wrong with that?
if it's that bad i may just remove it entirely
Treeanta 20 nov. 2024 la 19:35
I saw the 2500 pixel in a chest comment here, so i knew where to go because it happened to me, im not running any other generic in game improvement mods or anything large, just niche highly specific mods, nothing that changes loot pools, but i found the said 2500 pixels in a chest, is this intentional? or not fixed?
Medik  [autor] 1 mai 2024 la 13:55
can't say i've played it, but there seems to be a lotta overlap looking thru the files
probably better off just running Betabound without this
BITney, The Pixel Heister 1 mai 2024 la 4:06
Is this compatible with Betabound?
Aethis 30 dec. 2021 la 20:20
peacekeeper donuts and coffee...thats more dunkin than starbucks, just add a bit of orange to the machine. starbucks has paninis
Medik  [autor] 17 dec. 2020 la 10:43
Whether or not that was causing a problem for ya, it should no longer replace that whole treasure pool to accomplish what it was trying to do...
Medik  [autor] 17 dec. 2020 la 6:41
Seems so. It adds 2500 pixels to "valuableTreasure" pools (and for some reason replaces it to do that?)
Randumduk 16 dec. 2020 la 8:23
Hey, so I was wondering if this mod affected looting at all - like getting a weapon from a chest and whatnot. Thanks in advance.
Jojo Bean 23 nov. 2020 la 1:16
Thank you for responding so quickly!
Medik  [autor] 23 nov. 2020 la 1:02
there's nothing in here that affects that, no
Jojo Bean 23 nov. 2020 la 0:53
I'm trying to find if this is the mod that affected my "new" icon on my crafting menu! Can you let me know if it affects that?
Chronos "Salty" Pliskin 2 nov. 2020 la 19:38
Fingers cross you decide to do it in the future when your more motivated.
Medik  [autor] 2 nov. 2020 la 18:32
In this case it's throwing together assets and crafting UIs to make a couple redundant single-purpose crafting stations just to substitute a pair of mods that together don't even make up half a megabyte.
I'm tempted, but I'm not really motivated enough to do that sorta thing.
Chronos "Salty" Pliskin 2 nov. 2020 la 18:03
Sometimes the extra effort is worth it because not everyone uses Many Tabs mod. Plus, the less mods the shorter load times could be for the player, depending on the size of the mods.
Medik  [autor] 2 nov. 2020 la 9:58
I could, but I don't see any real reason to.
Without it, I'd either need to modify (or bring back the modifications to) the affected stations, which is hell for compatibility.
Or I'd have to make a couple specialized crafting objects which would just be more effort than it's worth if I'm going to be honest.
Chronos "Salty" Pliskin 1 nov. 2020 la 19:39
Is there a version of this mod that doesn't require Many Tabs mod? If not could you make a version that doesn't require Many Tabs?
GenEric1110 28 iul. 2020 la 18:51
thanks
GenEric1110 28 iul. 2020 la 18:51
ah
Medik  [autor] 28 iul. 2020 la 17:11
You buy a dubloon from the barkeep and talk to a penguin.
GenEric1110 28 iul. 2020 la 15:20
how do i get penguin mercenaries?
YoRHa No.13 Type S 30 apr. 2020 la 12:46
actually i already install it and fix all the stuff lova ya man(no homo)
Medik  [autor] 30 apr. 2020 la 12:33
If you already have a bug with the anvil, this mod isn't going to help.
YoRHa No.13 Type S 30 apr. 2020 la 7:24
i have a little problem whit the Anvil it looks bugy and i cant upgrade it, this will help too? or i have to look where its the problem? i am new in modding
CaptainCrazeh 27 mart. 2020 la 4:02
Certain things are kinda broken.
I actually just want the crafting table reskins...
KempaCaliber 17 mart. 2020 la 22:24
For those having a issue with reading the file craftinganvilnew.config, a simple reinstall will fix the error.
ATTA 17 mart. 2020 la 18:04
Thx 4 U recommend
sorry but really thanks,I've had that mod before but dont know it can do this
Medik  [autor] 17 mart. 2020 la 9:33
Do you mean the size? There's another mod that lets you edit that, but it can't set it below 1.
ATTA 17 mart. 2020 la 3:10
How can I set MM digging range to 0? the minimum still can just be "1"
Space Shark 27 ian. 2020 la 13:24
After resubbing the mod works properly, so thank you and sorry for wasting your time.
Medik  [autor] 27 ian. 2020 la 12:40
Try subbing again and see if the problem's still there. It's likely something didn't download right.
If the problem persists, then another mod in your list has to be incompatible, in which case I'm gonna need a collection or a .log file to look over so I can try and remedy this.
Space Shark 27 ian. 2020 la 11:56
It's definitely this mod, after uninstalling it I don't get that error anymore.
Medik  [autor] 26 ian. 2020 la 20:46
That file doesn't exist and the anvil shouldn't call for it anymore. You don't have another mod installed that could be modding the anvil like that?
Space Shark 26 ian. 2020 la 19:09
Having this mod installed causes a crash to the main menu whenever you interact with a crafting anvil, saying that it can't read craftinganvilnew.config.
Levianne 25 ian. 2020 la 3:18
@Dusk Actually crafting Flashlight by hand, or in the sink pretty much annoyed me. You want to get some water and nothing else from the sink and there's the Flashlight. Like what the...? Why would you want to craft a light in the sink? Or crafting by hand (and I'm not talking admin mode), if you had the materials, you could craft it everywhere, even during a boss fight? Also you just get a crappy version of it (faulty flashlight) from your ship's locker at the start, so why would you want to craft the flashlight by hand once you gather enough material? Later on, when you have lots of materials to craft another one, it gets in your way, because it was basically in all crafting stations (again, not talking admin mode), it was in the anvil, in the furnace, in the workbench, it was everywhere. I personally am glad, it was removed (if it was, haven't tested it yet).

Updated. See Change Notes for details.
anari 13 nov. 2019 la 20:45
Thanks!
Medik  [autor] 13 nov. 2019 la 14:35
Here you go. https://sp.zhabite.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1912341983
Now to quietly disappear until something else is reported to be broken.
Medik  [autor] 13 nov. 2019 la 11:35
right, i was gonna go and make that, but I kinda dropped Starbound for a while... I'll get to it right away
anari 12 nov. 2019 la 21:35
Is there a mod to revert the crafting station retexture's that this mod implements (That's 1.4 compatible)?
Medik  [autor] 28 sept. 2019 la 14:07
I guess not...
Dusk 28 sept. 2019 la 12:42
I don't think "can no longer craft flashlights" is really an improvement? Am I missing something? I mean sure it's a useless feature but, someone needs it right?
Gramps 22 sept. 2019 la 21:32
I dunno which mod is causing this problem, but have any of you guys had your session crash in multiplayer when touching liquids that aren't normal water? I got a message about a missing animation regarding that liquid e.g. healing water or swamp water
RadMan1123 13 sept. 2019 la 21:48
ah, thanks, was just curious because I couldn't harm the toadstool people or some others but I could harm the frog villagers
Medik  [autor] 13 sept. 2019 la 20:38
There aren't any files in the mod that affect NPCs, as far as I see. I believe that may be a mechanic of the game enabling that ability.
