The game boxes are different, hospital has also a different interior, you can't enter computer store and the cinema and there are only 2 cells in the prison.

@Limbo. The map there was the 1999 version (you can't enter the cinema in 1996 version).

No, you can't enter the cinema and the PC store, the interior of hospital is smaller and there are only two prison cells, so it's different from the 1999 version.
