It seems to paint one tree type the first time that I click and drag with a brush. Then another tree type when I click and drag the next time.. And so on. Is that normal? Or can you click and drag and have it plant multiple tree types at once?
Also, it seems to paint smaller plants on the outside edge of the forest or in the front from my view. Not sure why, but any explanation is helpful.

Which mod are you referring to?
Are you using Discord? We have a special modder group, I can send you an invitation if you want!
that's life.
@Billy yeah that's what it must feel like if you have to plop all that stuff lol xD :) ... although you just want a relaxing game-session watching random districts of your desired buildings popping up out of nothing.
Anyways there will be a new version of building themes somewhen i read.
Anyway great idea man! :)
@ BillyShabindigo: Building Themes automatically disengages and any building will build instead?
No I don't have such issues. What exactly does happen?
(plopping every single building by hand using RICO is quite exhausting and not randomized)
@BillyShabindigo:
for random plopping simply use the mod 'building themes' and growable assett versions.
(as long as the assett doesn't exceed 4x4)
