anyone know why the models appear stretched, like demonic skeletons, when stationary? It only happens for me. Any quick fixes or potential problems?

The author is well done, he worked hard, took out the models from EU4 and stuffed them into Source, I'm afraid to imagine what a titanic effort it cost him, and I am definitely grateful to the author for such a job done. However, I have a reasonable question-where are the models of the goddesses themselves?

The reason for the creator did not defended his addon is because he did not want to take part of this toxic crusade between Soldyaboi against the fans of this mod. But at least thank you for your mature comment.

While those models are completely different technically, i see why would you be annoyed:the same reason people were annoyed by FNaF in dupes, no matter how TECHNICALLY different it would be, the workshop is still filled with all the same type of content and only it, like we understand that all those RP servers are technically different, everyone is annoyed, because there's almost no active on any other gamemodes, slowly making GMod a huge RP garbage bin, like those addons are slowly making Workshop a huge anime garbage bin. While i'd say that you were pretty agressive to wee-a-boos, i'd say that your point is actually right. And the creator hasn't even tried defending his addon!
