Would you consider an option for a rainbow progress bar? Colored is nice, but a l l the colors is nicer :)

Needs a small update, now tiny outliner uses a different background texture (tiny_outliner_progressbar_long_noborder.dds) ... looks so boring (and kinda hard to read) with the plain green background! hehe

Was time for an update....

Progress of colonization now works too!
But that was due to the tiny's outliner.
Load Order wehen you play with UI Overhaul Dynamic & Tiny:

Dear buddy, thank you so much for the wonderful mods!
1) This mod works with UI Overhaul Dynamic :) And that's great :)
2) But the progress of colonization does not work, the screen is attached ;)

Found out that UI Overhaul Dynamic mod update on 13th September that modify the Technology research process bar. That explain why your coloured process bar will not show up with UI Overhaul Dynamic mod active.

@acideiffel. Found the issue. There is small incompatible issue with UI Overhaul Dynamic mod {LINK ELIMINAT}. Everything except for Research technology process bar work with UI Overhaul Dynamic mod.
