Needs a small update, now tiny outliner uses a different background texture (tiny_outliner_progressbar_long_noborder.dds) ... looks so boring (and kinda hard to read) with the plain green background! hehe

Progress of colonization now works too!
But that was due to the tiny's outliner.

Found out that UI Overhaul Dynamic mod update on 13th September that modify the Technology research process bar. That explain why your coloured process bar will not show up with UI Overhaul Dynamic mod active.

@acideiffel. Found the issue. There is small incompatible issue with UI Overhaul Dynamic mod {LINKKI POISTETTU}. Everything except for Research technology process bar work with UI Overhaul Dynamic mod.
