@johnniska No need to apologize for giving your opinion and most certainly no need to EVER apologize for being dyslexic. We found out that my son was dyslexic in kindergarten. He had extra classes to help retrain the way his brain processed things (his twin sister even went with him to help) Long story short, he is now an adult with multiple degrees and he worked as a school teacher while completing his registered nursing degree. So you can overcome anything if you just keep trying! Hang in there and you can do it!

So give them a little game time and all the guards animations should update apppropriately. @pickle lol. Do strong, confident women, who do not need to pretend to be men or pretend to be phyiscally equal to men upset you? Why else throw such a childish rant? lol Sad programmed people.

Worked otherwise well, but the guards that used to be female still walk like females and although they have male voices, they only have like two lines of dialogue. If you'd fix this, then it'd be perfect.

She just quoted a source from within the game that adds credence to this mod ("It's not easy being a woman in Skyrim, I know. But stay strong, men will come to respect you, and maybe even fear you." -Olfina Gray-Mane). Then, like cdmackenzie1d pointed out, also shown in Uthgerd's story. All these ridiculous social justice warrior principles just don't apply and you can verify that quote yourselves if you play the game. She didn't remove all female warriors, which is something I don't think anyone really addresses because it'd be debasing their own argument - there ARE women who fight, still. As she said in the description, bandits, Forsworn, mercenaries, etc. They're just not in any officiated position, which gives those few who are even more of a wow-factor.

So, thank you, Jaderoyale. It's a pretty cool mod that actually flows well with the in-game flavor.

Just wanted to say I really love this mod. Mostly because of the fact that some armour assets I have don't work with the female model so this helps keep my game together so thank you for that.

The extra realism is nice and having a female character or companion now feels like something a bit more special too. I dunno, it might just be me, but seeing my companion help me save the world despite really creates a kind of legendary story in it's own right. So total props to the mod author for creating this mod. It's gonna stay in my load order for a long time.

To all the people saying this mod is sexist, just stop. The gray-mane woman in whiterun is constantly complaining that it's hard for a woman to make it in skyrim, which is contradicted by the number of women who have jobs, are independant and are accepted into military and paramilitary organisations in Skyrim. Prejudice against women in combat roles is underlined by Uthgerd the unbroken's story. This mod merely corrects the contradiction.

Friend, believe me, I have little love for those mods as well. They're just as bad. I'm not hating by the way, and I certainly have no intention of making anyone feel bad. If that's what I've accomplished then I'm truly sorry. Like I said, you're free to use this mod if you want to (obviously). I simlpy want to try to explain why I believe this mod can have a negative effect on how we view and treat women overall. I know what you're thinking: "It's just a game! It's no big deal!" And to some extent, yes, you're right, it's not the end of the world. It's just a game, right? No harm in that, right? However, there are a lot of "petty" jokes, "harmless" idéas and "trivial" norms etc. in our world that encourage this way of thinking. Small streams make great rivers.

To all the sexist commenters.... Go harrass a "Skimpy Armor" or "Bouncing Boob" mod or one of the hundreds of mods along those lines. Your hypocracy is astounding. Isn't it sad that we live in a world where dragons, mages, dragonpriests, vampires, warewolves, elves, orcs and trolls are considered more relatistic than strong female soilders? If this game was purely based on medival stuff (no dragons, mages, vampires etc) then fine. Fine. I guess you could justify the mod then, but now you're just fooling yourself. If you want to use this, by all means, you're free to do so. Its a fantasy world...no where in the lore does it mention the lack of female soldiers!!! You cant use history [or reality for that matter] as an example, it doesn't fit.

Haha, I applaud the author of this mod for her respect of realism and believability. Some people can't stand reality, so it makes sense they'd be bothered that such a mod intrudes so on their fantasy experience.

That said, I won't use the mod cause the base game hardly has any female guards, Stormcloaks, or Imperial soldiers as it is.

However, the bandits, mercenaries and even the very RARE female soldier are all personal decisions. I don't feel that this society would look upon female military recruiment as favored practice. This seems like an excellent mod for anyone who wants all male guards, but I disagree with your statement that the time period would suggest that women in a position of combat is rare. Comparing the history of Skyrim and the history of the real world cannot be done easily as Skyrim is so fictional. Wandering around the holds you will find plenty of women warriors. Uthgerd the Unbroken (spelled really poorly), Mjoll the Lioness, all the females in the companions, etc.

I personally disagree, but then again I'm not the target audience for this mod.

Cool mod I guess for anyone who wants all males. However your claim of historical Elder Scrolls accuaracy is incorrect. As alixir said they were very many powerful women all throughout time. But as for the mod being sexist I dont really see that in it. I just see it as an option for people who really like beefcakes to use it just like someone who really likes flousies would, or they might just use it for their own sexist opinion...but I dont see that as the mod itself being sexist. I never understand while people jump to the conclusion of racism and sexism so quickly.
