This facility picks up and delivers mail, satisfying cims, but it doesn't seem to import or export mail as a good. The default post offices do this, creating import/export traffic. Maybe there's something that needs to be updated so this facility imports/exports mail as well?

a smoke stack in a transport building (that's how the building is categorized) with no railways? what does that give away? ;) A cooking facility in a post office?

Dies ist beides in einem, ein Postamt und eine Postsortieranlage.

This is both, a post office and a sorting facility.
