I love your ideas. I will consider some of it.
Fun fact: You used to spawn at the building a few versions ago. But I had to change it because of timing and intuision reasons. But I wanted to keep it so I moved it to the other side.

I like the overall concept. It feels balanced between CT and T. It's well lit, isn't wide-open or cramped, and it looks great even without textures yet. You're doing great.
I don't like the glass around the rock near T spawn. It isn't bangable but you can see through it which could lead to a couple frustrating situations. I think putting a simple clip there is the better choice. And I don't like the lack of cover on the sites. At the moment it's just some generic blocks and they barely count as cover to savely plant and defuse a bomb. And I think the AreaPortalWindow in B is a bit too aggressive. I'd double the fade distance.
Also, how did you do the caustics, they look awesome.

We´re already playtesting with players. Layout and performance is priority at this work in progress.
Awesome that you found my little "aztec display". There will be more like that in futur versions.
CT's have a slight advantage as is usual in CSGO, but the routes of the T's are varied enough so the CT's won't be able to predict their tactic every round. The amount of little alternative routes on the T side makes it quite challenging for the CT's and I love it. Playing with bots is a blast, and I would love to help when this project reaches the playtest stage with real players.
The theme is really appealing, though I hope you'll change up the CT spawn a little bit. It just looks too symmetrical to me right now behind the submarine. But as the map is still in an early stage I am sure that is not your biggest concern.
Oh and is that a mini Aztec display? it is adorable.
