The files in the FCs had a yellow and red label that did not let me edit them, validating the files fixed it, but when I did what I was going to do before it just breaks the game haha. So, unless this mod has all 9 of the weapons that I can just plop them on a vendor and just keep the weapons after I remove it for the integrity of the game without the quest line or locations messing with Genesis, I guess I’ll have to give up trying to incorporate this mod into my little storyline. Sad, but it will always be in my files if I want to switch to something like reactive world or some other overhaul. Thank for the help anyway, cheers!

all my mods are in the being maintained mode as well. i have actively stopped making or fixing them as all the ones i work on work perfectly fine for me. I'm waiting for Kenshi 2 before i start modding again.

errors tend to come up from other mods messing with ones i made or maintain for Space_Lettuce

I stopped working on the mod. When this mod was release, it worked perfectly. If your mad, take it up with the developers of the game. The description is pretty clear that the mod is no longer being worked on, and only being MAINTAINED. If the devs introduce mod breaking updates, then any mod being MAINTAINED will break.
So, there is nothing to criticize. You're just flat out in the wrong here. But given that "troll" is in your name, I suppose I shouldn't have even responded.

You know, if you want to fix it, you can open up Kenshi's modding tools and do it yourself. Kenshi has some of the absolute easiest modding tools in the entire game industry. Instead of whining about a MAINTAINED mod being broken by a game update, which is unfathomably stupid and detached from reality, you can make the fix yourself.

That's all I have to say. Go ahead and get in your last word, and move on.

Yes, and it's still been broken given that someone went out of their way to tell users how to actually get the guy to sell shit after everything is said and done since that trader is bugged.

Secondly, doing something for free does not absolve anyone from criticism.

Cute that you thought I didn't read the description, but I did, as well as read the comments and verified its bugged nature. Also, the garbage I was talking about was the "grand project" since in order to actually get any updated version, we'd have to use that mod which adds a bunch of shit no one will want to use just for this/the other mod.

@Con(troll) Artist There is nothing to fix. This is for people who added the Legendary Weapons mod AFTER triggered world state changes that are pertinent to the mod.
Try reading the description next time before complaining.
Also, and important note: I spent overt 300 hours working on that mod, that I release to the community(including you) FOR FREE.

All this time and no effort was made to actually fix this, so the solution is to add a bunch of other garbage that not everyone will want just to have this taken care of.

Why did you promote the "grand project" if you didnt even fix the mod you merged??
Both this and the version in your merger have the same issue of the vender not having an inventory.

please note, as co author and due to Steam i cannot update the Mods.
the mods are kept up to date in combination mods, where i can work on them, this helps to where i don't need to re upload the mod.
if you want the best experience then please sub to my other mods that combine this with them.

Yes i know the difficulty increases due to other mods but if you want the best experience then you need to sub to them.
all updates are done via these other mods until steam lets me update mods im co autoer on.

Just for anyone unaware, after getting help with it and messing in FCS, the reason its bugged is that the game does not accept traders that do not own the building they're spawning in or pack animals to store their wares. That's why his inventory is empty. What you need to do is go into the FCS, find the bar squad for the merchant, add a pack animal to the squad and put the vendor list in the actual squad itself.

Hopefully the mod author updates it soon but for you guys that are a bit more famililar with the FCS and don't want to wait, thats how to fix it!

The weapons vendor in Hub always has an empty inventory and will not sell to me. This is after killing Moll and Tinfist.

I am having a lot of trouble getting Dominator and Dominion's Quarrel. I've tried to get this normally but every time i turn in Molly or Tinfist i am just not sure who gives the legendary weapon.
I've also imported a new save, turned-in molly and tinfist and then also just killed them both to try and get this mod to work but no luck.
Any ideas?

Yes they shuould have thier inventory respawn.
With the multiple spawns... Are you using a squad multiplier over 1.0x? ( I would've set the squad to not be affected by global squad multiplier, but I figured since it was an on and off kinda mod, that it didn't matter. But I will change it anyway.)
That is strange that their inventory is empty... I will take a look at this.

Weird, I'm seeing two Legendary Weapon merchants in the upstairs of the Hub but they both have empty inventories. I'm assuming those are from this mod.

Just curious, if I didn't turn the mod off afterwards, do the weapons respawn with the rest of the merchant's inventory?

I just know I won't remember to turn this off and am wondering what would happen.

I mean, yes, you can use this addon to cheat and get 3 of the 9 legendary weapons at little cost yo you from the merchant in The Hub, but that qould be cheating, and would ruin the fun for most people.

I made this mod for people who already completed those quests, or defeated one or all of the leaders of the 3 major factions.

If you want to use it to cheat, then that's up to you. I suggest you just use it if you already completed those quests and need a means to obtain the 3 weapons that you would've already have earned by completing those quests.

Does it have to be post-quest? Or can I get them just from the mod?
