I have an idea but ive never modded anything. Essentially a ship that requires all three techs to create, its a new ascension perk. Maybe called "instead of a ringworld". New ship type called Basipeus or something. Uses 256 fleet size, evasion -20001 16 titan slots, 36 xl and 8 hanger. I got other ideas which are essentially battleships with 2 titan and x4 extra large spots (max cap of 4). Cruisers with 1 titan and 2 xl. And destoryers with 1 xl large slot. Essentiallu its the glassiest fleet ever

Depends on how the mod implements them. Unless they complete delete the old perk file and overwrite it an empty file, this will be compatible.
