Any chance that this will get worked on again? It's seriously all I want. The sprite is amazing

This is like the Nothing Mod. Makes your game not load on start because all the required files are gone. In this mod's case, doesn't load game because who knows why.

big issue: if you upgrade the ship at the ark, your game crashes upon returning to the ship AND also completely wont load if you continue

only one issue. upgradeing the ship seems to cause the game to crash

When I make a new Yoshi character, I start off with the Avian bunny as my pet. As soon as I try and place down Poochy's house, I get an exception, am thrown out of my world, and when I go back in, the house is gone forever. Any clue what's causing this? Do I need other mods to make this work?

Yes now make a toad race that says bup whenever you do any tools

I am noticing some visual bugs that may need some tweaks. For example the respawn animation, a giant white square appears around the animation box.
Also it would be cool to see color customization of their spines/shell/boots from the character customization menu.
Other than that, I think it is a great mod!
Its awesome how I can now play as a Yoshi in this game too.

check your error logs, nothing should be as I removed everything causing them for me.

Do you know how many mods are incompatible with this? Whenever I download this, it immidietly crashes... It seems to be working for everyone else here, so it's probably one of my 100+ mods (That's exaggerated a little, but still...) I really don't feel like going through all of them. Even if I knew what would be incompatible in general would narrow it down significantly.

everything works, it can be colored and the hoverbike doesn't look like crap. I also recolored the ship and changed a few other sprites.

Whats the difference between the old Yoshi race and this one?

I might modify it some more, but it took me way longer than I wanted it to get it to this point :P was so broken and needed to have colors simplified to change properly, there were about 50 different hex color codes on the sprite.

ok will there be a chance for a custom ship?

i doubt i will do that, I believe epps are in the right spot though and there are invisible cosmetic armors so you look normal.
