People, I have a gift for all of you. A new crisis manager plus cirisis expansion. All mid-term threat, endgame crisis and War in Haven are included. Hope you enjoy this.

Besides Deadly Tempest, Crisis Manager 2.6, this could be another choice worth a try.

Dessanu Consonance
Another possible outcome of the L-Gate activation is finding an empire called the Dessanu Consonance inhabiting the entire L-Cluster. Upon discovery the Dessanu will provide the empire that opened the gate with one of each L-Cluster Strategic Resource. Their only request is that no ship will enter the factory trinary system at the heart of the L-Cluster and that they are not asked about the Nanites. The Dessanu will never leave the L-Cluster even if they become hostile, nor will they build new fleets. (I just now found out that the desan does not leave the l cluster under any circumstances! So the question disappears, since this is a gameplay feature.)

What do you mean "Deseny"? I'm not good at English, sorry.

I'm afraid it's too difficult for me to add starbases of Gray Tempest, because...
- It is difficult to keep compatibility with other Crisis Managers since this feature can't be toggled at in-game settings.
- I have no skill to create 2D/3D graphics and, for example, I can't make graphics of construction ships for Gray Tempest.

全然気づいていませんでした(動作試験を10Mチート艦隊で行っていたため)。さすがに酷いし意図していない挙動なので、改善します。
ただ、近々に引っ越し予定があるため、修正には時間が掛かります。すみませんが気長にお待ち下さい。

星系基地の支配権が移動した際に、一瞬で復活することが原因で「艦隊戦中にプレスリン基地破壊→耐久力数千の自軍前哨地で復活→速攻で破壊されて耐久力数万のプレスリン基地が全快状態で復活」のループで(AIが敵基地の攻撃を優先することもあり)擬似的に危機艦隊の耐久力が大幅アップ状態になっています。
基地復活に通常の戦争時のように待機時間を設けることは可能でしょうか?意図的な仕様でしたら申し訳ありません。

Zenith adds some of new "country_type" for empires.
This mod checks them when the empires defeat starbase of crisis factions.
For making this mod compatible with Zenith, it is required to define types of starbase and some other for each country_type added by Zenith.
However, I don't understand Zenith sufficiently for making compatible version of this mod.
