Also: chose Imperial in the civil war, and after winning and becoming Thane & purchasing the house from the new Jarl, did not lose any changes I’d made (books, glazed candles, displayed objects etc.) but did gain housecarl Calder and his room decorations. Excellent!

Wonder if there will ever be an move in and eviction type mod. Where once you become jarl of a settlement, town or city or high king of skyrim, go to any house that is in a settlement, town or city, go inside, evict the owners and become the owner yourself.

I'm glad for this mod. I don't see why I should have to join the civil war in order to buy a house.

Can u please fix the decorations option bugs?

I was able to purchase Hjerim before the end of the "Blood on the Ice" quest. It let me pay the money and gave me the quest to enter the house, but I was unable to have the blood cleaned up. I never got the option to decorate my home, either!

Finally. The hardest house to get without going to war. Now a reasonable quest.

You can get the solitude house if you just stay neutral you don't have to do anything else other than get 25000 gold.

lol can't speak for the mod but you cleared up a big unknown in the game "Why can't I get the oppertunity to buy the bloody house in Windhelm after completing the blood on the ice quest!" lol well its because I never even started the civil war quest and never chose sides! lol I was about to delete all those saves and start anew !Much thnks brother !Back to skyrim!!!!

ok good news. it wasnt this mod causing me to be unable to get the purchase house dialogue. it was a conflict of an alternate start mod i used. now thats cleared i can freely endorse this mod whole heartedly.

Hmm not sure why tht would happen have have played thru skyrim twice with this mod and have not had that issue

possible problem, started a new character and while i can purchase the house in windhelm, cant buy houses anywhere else. The houses you can build in hearthfire are unaffected but i am unable to buy in markarth riften and whiterun at the moment. not entirely sure why this is happening but other than that, good mod.

yes, but you wouldnt need this mod if you can already purchase the home anyways, this is more for people who are sick of the civil war mod, but either way it will work

Thank you, and actually the Skyrim Unbound Quest lets you buy breezehome without quest, actually i reccomend that mod becuase its skips all the beginning crap, one of my fav mods by far

This is great! I haven't tried it yet but vvery excited to start a new story using this! I am a little tired of both the civil war and main quest but I would love to still purchase homes as I continue what ever journey I travel. Can you make other homes purchasable like whiterun without starting quests that really bog you down, such as the main quest of all quests!

I need a mod that lets me "RE" purchase or "repair" the house because it was burned down for some reason. Or the console command to reload the original cell package for the original house for the cell!

Ty for this mod! my PC is Drachis Argonian and as such he ( I ) really cant get behind either side on the civil war ( not to mention the CW quest is BUGGY as hell! )....All he really see's is a bunch of Nord Humans beating there chest saying they are king and as DB ( Dragonborn) he wasnt put on Tamriel to fight a war with either side but to Kill Alduin ( which he has done! )....I wish someone could make more mods like this where if you play a NUETRAL character you dont have to choose a side.
