That map is a work of art, very optimized, I did not encounter any FPS drops/issues. Wonderful creation.

I have CS:S. However, I found the problem: Another map was missing brackets in it's materials files, and any map loaded after the bugged one (which isnt this one) would see an enormous number of missing textures. It's fixed now, I got rid of the other map.
