Look here man..I love how you contribute some work that focuses on real life and not just vanilla/beautification...this contribution gives us the ability add some real life detail in our cities. Thanks for thinking about the brothers on the "other side of town" and not just German white folk and their pretty ass cities. Lower class cities are just as important and are a vital detail to any city.

it's most likely not unfortunatelly as searching for this specific building details brings any results in RICO search option, when i tried in Policies theme manager to find it - it doesn't exist - because it's not a building falling into any category (be it residential, industry or commercial of whatever density) -
Does it still act as a unique building?
Does it pop up in game regardless the fact we cannot assign it to any specific building style?

I love the sunken brick on the side of the building. That speaks to a history of the building, which is a wicked cool detail to add. In our town we have a number of buildings with bricked over windows and doors, so I can relate.
