I want to make sure that you understand that I am saying the building itself is ugly, not your Mod or your skills in making it. Some people make deliberately ugly buildings, and that is a good thing! I was trying to give a compliment.

HOLY CRAP, that is one of the ugliest buildings I have ever seen. You sir, have modeled it perfectly. Great work.

This is just a standard building, your bug seems to come from an other source, Joker.

Odd g;itch with this, not sure if it is the mod itself or the compatability to to other mods but creates strange reset issue when trying to start new map/city making it impossible to start (at least with what I wanted)
