You can't, they're not weapons, they're just props for use with ragdolls and just pictures in general
I have no intention of making any of these useable weapons
Then you can try using the SWEP creator to see if it can detect the MDL files, however, i don't quite recall what folders the weapons from this prop pack are in, you'll just have to do some searching
Anyway, here's a link to the GMA extractor itself

I don't make SWEPs, so i leave it up to whoever actually wants to make the weapon models into SWEPs
You can try extracting the .gma file in the addons folder by using either of these (might need an account to access the topics)

Then if needed, go in the extracted folder and take the 'models' and 'materials' folder out of it and put them in the garrysmod/garrysmod directory
