The merchant in Whiterun... When I sell something from him, he literally just takes it and dosen't give me my money.

Lately I've noticed a "bug" which causes these merchants to have only 100 gold after the first transaction with you. They don't seem to ever replenish above 100 making them useless. The only guy not affected so far is the dark bosmer (his skin is dark but I think he's a bosmer) who visits Whiterun, Rorikstead and some other town, who seems to have a good amount of money always.

It's weird, but the traveling merchants in Whiterun run like hell whenever I approach them. They'll run out of the tavern & run to the city gates. I only have this problem in Whiterun.

So i accedently killed one of these Merchant doing the battle of Whiterun. Later on as i complete the entire stormcloak missions of the civil war, i come to the bannered mare, i pass by her. The merchant i killed. And she just tell me that she hopes i would be more nice to her after what i did to her last time.

@Karum that happens with me to i dont think it is a bug it was a error on bethesda because that happens on clean save sometime too

Has anyone else gotten a bug where the Khajit caravans do not set up tents and a firepit at their camp? Instead, they seem to just mill about in the spot where the camp should be.

I couldn't contemplate the game anymore without these merchants. Especially that Dark elf that goes to Whiterun, with 4,000 gold. I love that guy.

Are the traveling merchants always in inns, or are they like the Khaijit caravans? I mean them as in they are there, but sometimes aren't.

Hi, thanks for the mod dude! I would like to report a minor problem in it: In riverwood, traveling merchant in Sleeping Giant Inn goes to Delphine Jend's private place in the basement. I think she (merchant) should not be allowed to do so, cause Delphine Jend's private place in the basement is supposed to be private and secret.

Merchants are running around because unlike most folks in Skyrim, they realize that time is money. ;-)

I too experience these running mechants but got another rather big bug from my side to report. After i see a merchant and wether or not im trading with him i'm stuck in this cell of the game.
really i mean it the loading screen comes up but nothing happens and TM says No response from skyrim.

I have same issue with merchants running away as soon as I enter a town. I have even been inside an Inn and had one spawn then run out of the Inn. The mod worked prior to Dragonborn DLC so not sure what changed. Will force the mod not to load for a while and I will check back and see if any updates have been pushed. great mod though thanks

Hey man love the mods, all of them actuly, they are always good. One small thing i dont know if your aware of or if its only me that its happening to , but all of your merchants run around the place when they are inside an inn or whatever, instead of like everyone else who are just walking around calmly, i always think the guards are coming for me or somthing when they are sprinting around between seats outside my room hahah, but other than that it is not a major issue, just though id drop a comment to let ya know.

A small sidenote(/Bugreport?):
The merchants are always called 'Traveling Merchant' regardless of the games language.
It also changes the names of all the Inn's to english for some reason...

I thought I should let you know that.

@matthieu6839 awesome mod, this goes really well with the most recent update of FROSTFALL which adds custom fur backpacks to people who travel outside of cities. It doesn't add to enemies, just wanderers more or less. It adds extra immersion though as you can see where they have items stored. If you don't like the other features like exposure you can turn it all off because of the new skyui MCM configuration section.

Can you give them custom packs? It would be cool and show they are more merchant like. Also if you were to do that could you do that for the khajiit caravans when they are moving and all.

"traveling merchant" is for everyone. "Qu'est ce que vous avez à vendre" is in your language
