Report a translation problem
The mod is also very great.
It's probably fully compatible (though apparently a few Outpost-reliant mods were broken by some changes to the layout, so you may want to double-check that), but people just see the published date being before the patch and can't be assed to actually try it themselves.
That said, I did want to ask about the mystery tickets. When I saw the "untested" note in the description, I cracked open the mod to have a peek. I don't actually see where you tied the tickets into the enemy drop treasurepools. Am I missing something?
And, as a small modder note, you might want to remove cut files (I see "..dungeonsotheroutpostoutpost_lotto-old.json" that I assume is unused) from your deployment. Starbound has a bad tendency to parse even unused files, and any bugs in them can seep into the running game (had this happen with my Protectorate Flower mod the other day, triggering crashes). Just a friendly bit of advice.
