@Imagine the crosshair settings are just console variables. Those wouldn't be affected unless you actually changed them. There are markings on the sliders that correspond to the game's default value. You can see all cl_crosshair vars for yourself in the console and it even prints the default values when typing the variable without a value.

Your mod made my game unplayable. I can't even aim with the crosshair and I don't know how to reset it. I could use some help.

Понятно. Ну ладно. А насчёт нет графа и прицела - я сам этим непользуюсь, обычно, но знаю людей, которые этими настройками пользуются (правда, не в L4D, а в других играх на Сорсе и Голде), так что не такие уж это и бесполезные функции.

Слайдеры просто потому, что это единственное, что работает (сделать там рабочие кнопки невозможно.) И многие опции там были добавлены действительно по принципу просто "а чего бы ещё добавить", включая прицел и net_graph. Те же громкость, субтитры / директор доступны в меню "аудио", это всего +1 клик. cl_viewmodelfovsurvivor - клиентская команда, как раз для удобства игроков и была добавлена в апдейте 2010г.

Спасибо за расшифровку. Про первые два пункта я, вроде, уже сам почти понял, только не понял,почему они сделаны именно в виде слайдеров, если там только два значения всего есть, + я бы не сказал, что они нужны постоянно сразу по Esc, тем более,что доступ к ним есть и просто через меню настроек (и там даже больше вариантов доступно), а вот с viewmodel - это действительно полезно, пожалуй, спасибо за уточнение отвечающей за этой команды (надеюсь, её можно изменять без включения sv_cheats 1 просто через консоль).

Хотя, лично я бы предпочёл не слайдеры, а числовые значения и кнопочки + и -, или поле для ввода числового значения, как в настройках чувствительности мыши в HL1, к примеру, и лично мне ещё не хватает кнопки сброса внесённых изменений на значения по-умолчанию (ведь ни отключение, ни удаление этого аддона и перехеширование файлов игры не позволяет эти изменения сбросить). Кстати, а в каком файле они хранятся? D:\Games\Steam\steamapps\common\Left 4 Dead 2\left4dead2\cfg\config.cfg ? Или в каком-то другом?

На слайдерах есть такие насечки, они соответствуют дефолтному значению. И консоль при вводе команды без значения отображает инфу

gameinstructor_enable = подсказки на экране, 0/1 выкл/вкл, дефолт 1. В меню активируется только кнопками-стрелками, т.к. воспринимает только 0/1 а перетаскивание слайдера мышью приводит к нецелым значениям

cl_viewmodelfovsurvivor = угол обзора для рук/оружия ( дефолт 51 ). Диапазон 10-180, т.к. кто-то просил 180 чтобы совсем убирать руки с оружием

Вопрос: что, собственно, делают последние три пункта меню справа (знак вопроса со значком чата, восклицательный знак с буквой "i" и какую команду изменяет последний пункт меню, и как сбросить вносимые этим меню изменения до стандартных значений?

黒Fratello di Rocker狼 It's not supposed to work, Valve changed this long time ago (around 2013) so that addons can only be enabled/disabled while in main menu. I just left the addons menu option there for checking which are enabled.

EDIT: Hey Urik, with this mod i am able to get access to my add-ons even when i'm in a map, however for some reason it doesn't work, i don't know why.
I disabled my custom tank track and activated a "no tank song" add-on, clicked on "done" but nothing changed, my custom track still played after the tank spawned.
Is this caused by something or am i doing it wrong?

- happy holidays
- update to addons menu: It might be controversial that I added a solid grey background, but it was the only way to achieve what I wanted ( make the list taller for easier selection ). Filters HAD to be repositioned to top, because their flyout only opens downwards so they wouldn't fit in the bottom. I also am aware that there is "hole" behind addon image, it's because it ain't possible to put background behind it, so I had to build the background AROUND the image
- personally I hope that the new ergomonics and size increase of the addons menu outweights the arguable cons of adding a background and repositioning filters button. My main goal was to make it easier to browse through addons, given the modding limitations of that menu.
