This is incredible! I saw this browsing the workshop and thought "Hey, that looks a lot like the market in Dijon." And that was without seeing the screenshots with the surrounding city. Really great work!

@Methos Because I hand place all the stuff on paused game. Stuff just doesn't spawn by the time I finish taking all the needed screens.
Also included the parking info in the desc.

You could have mentioned that there are invisible parking lots at the two narrow sides (or ad a picture showing that. Btw: How it comes that there are hardly any cars or pedestrians in your pics?). So after plopping down an uncountable amount of props to create the loveliest inner city market place, Cims just put their cars right in between :/
But nevertheless, great building.

I try to plop buildings using Find It/Move It but they disappear. How do you prevent your buildings from disappearing?

@I killed Hannibal I may or may not make some more halls in the future (thinking about the huge Parisian ones before they were destroyed). I also used the European row buildings made by Feinbild, nothing besides that.

Beautiful building, we need more old market halls like this. They're a staple of European cities and I'm not aware of many more assets (the Latvian Fish Market has sadly been abandoned pre-AD). Also, what are the buildings you used to make the old town? It looks great but there are many that I don't recognize.

@Splifsend Actually more than that. I copy pasted mostly around the edges of the map. The rest of it I wanted to get as close to reality as possible for the sake of close up shots. I'd say 3h total (with breaks). Asset took me like an hour or so.

I see copy paste all over your map.. so it took an hour maybe ?
