Version 1.3.1 (Dark Influence Fixing)

  • Fixed a bug where the Dark Ones Content buff would last WAY shorter than intended when transitioning from Dark Ones Pleased
  • Added a failsafe to remove Dark Ones modifiers from planets that lose all their pops

Version 1.3.0 (A QoL Patch)

Dark Influence
  • Added an event on game start that explains the core rules.
  • You can now directly sacrifice a Pop through the Freak Geological Events screen (This is the top option!)
  • The Governments for Dark Influence are now treated as Spiritualist for the Traditionalist Faction's demands.

Everything Else
  • Starborn Swarm now has its Constellation change every 5 Years (from 10)
  • Starborn Swarm's choice for subsequent Constellations is now based on your most recent Constellation
  • Destructive Tendencies, Peacekeeping Interventionists, Pure Bloodlines and Planet Forgers can now be added or removed after the start of the game. Planet Forgers only grants Terrestrial Sculpting on game start as before.
  • Keepers of Tradition now grants 10% bonus Unity in addition to its normal effect.
  • Reduced the chance of non-Materialist AI Empires picking Quantum Masters/Socio-Biological Masters/Masters of Industry.
  • Fixed a bug related to the Autobuild mod where Industrial/Commercial/Technological Idyll would not grant their bonuses on buildings upgraded automatically.

Version 1.2.4 (A Bold Vision of Utopia)

Fixed a bug where Pacifists were unable to use the Liberation Wars policy, despite normally being able to.

Version 1.2.3 (Whoops Sandwich)

  • Starborn Swarm updated to change your Constellation to your choosing after 10 years, instead of in a cyclical fashion every year. This fixes a bug where the Constellation would change to Aries and never change again.
  • The tooltips for Industrial/Commercial/Technological Idyll have been updated to reflect previous changes
  • Several civics which required Materialist Ethics have had that ethic requirement removed. Other requirements are still in place.
  • Industrial Idyll now requires Militaristic ethics.
  • Other small bugfixes

New Civics
  • Constitutional Monarchy - Requires Egalitarianism/Authrotarianism and Democratic/Imperial Authority - You suffer no Diplomatic Malus against countries with the ethic you didn't pick for this civic (Authoritarians have no malus against Egalitarians) - 5% Citizen Pop Happiness and Slave Output
  • Alluring Diplomats - Requires Xenophile - 20% Trade Attractiveness and Subject Acceptance Chance
  • Peacekeeping Interventionists - Requires Fanatic Pacifist - Can demand Demilitarization from a War, weakening the loser's miltary power and preventing them from declaring War - Can use Liberation Wars
  • Keepers of Tradition - Begin the game with enough Unity to unlock a Tradition
  • Dependable Allies - Requires Xenophile - +50 Trust Cap and 5% Unity for each Federation Member
  • Starborn Swarm - Requires Hive Mind - Begin the game under a Constellation of your choice, which rotates every year. Each Constellation grants a different set of bonuses.
  • Behavioural Mimicry - Requires Hive Mind - You suffer no Diplomatic Malus against non-Hive Minds
  • Instinctive Intuition - Requires Hive Mind - +15% Leader XP and 5% Research Speed

Updated Civics
  • Various bugfixes and quality of life updates were applied.

Compatibility
  • Civic Redux no longer uses the full vanilla file when referencing core Stellaris content.
