- Utopian Infrastructure has been reworked and it now adapts to the changes of vanilla 3.0 version.
- All planetary Utopian Infrastructures except Ecumenopolis are now divided into economic and research types.
- Significantly reduce the cost of decision "Utopian Infrastructure Construction".
- The "Industrial Atomic Assembler" and "Civilian Atomic Assembler" can only be built once per planet, and they will provide additional jobs for the "Atomic Assembly District". Similar changes have made to "Atomic Recycler" and "Dark Energy Field Nexus".
- Utopian colony types are now subdivided into trade, alloys, consumer goods, and research focus. Their corresponding automatic construction patterns will be updated soon.
- New building: "Bureau of Interstellar Intelligence and Diplomacy", capital unique, providing envoys, influence output, and encryption/decryption.
- Several technologies, buildings and districts rebalanced.
- "Super Citadel Complex" now provides 100% automatic pop migration。
- You can now directly terraform barren planets into Gaia worlds if you possess the technology "Edenization" and the ascension "world shaper".

- Added four additional robot-specific traits: "Atomic Fabricator", "Quantum Matrix Network", "Nano-bot Regeneration"and "Auxiliary Drones".
- All traits are no longer obtained by default at the start, instead, they will be unlocked by the corresponding technologies ("Nano Bio-enhancement"/"Mechanical Evolution").
- The original version of "Geological Reconstruction" was added back additionally, allowing players to upgrade the planet size in a relatively controllable manner.
- The habitat expansion can only be used after the vanilla upgrade is completed (level-3 habitat, size 8). As compensation, the habitat can be expanded to a maximum size of 20.

- Improved geological reconstruction decision. The planet can be expanded to 25 size with only one activation, and the cost will be automatically adjusted according to the size of the planet.
- Fixed a bug that caused the advanced production districts invalid.
