- New descriptions! Thanks to @Mr. Miyagi adds awesome new words to descriptions. Check it out while you are playing.
- Geological Reconstruction: Add a new event: when you activate Geological Reconstruction, there will be a planet modifier show up while it's cooling down. And the cooldown time of Geological Reconstruction will not affected by edicts duration anymore.
- Terraform: Paradise Creation no longer able to terraform a barren planet which is larger than size 25 or smaller than 9. Even though, I still keep the planet edict that able to decrease planet size from >25 to 25, just in case you accidentally got a planet that larger than 25.
- Weapon and utility components slightly balanced. The Aux component Nano-Regeneration Field will improve shield regeneration after battle now.
- New technology: Ultimate Citadel, improve starbase capacity and defence platform numbers, Supreme Power no longer provide extra starbase capacity.
- New starbase buildings: Starfleet Academy and Ultimate Matrix Defence, unlock by technology Ultimate Citadel.

- Add machine worlds to terraform option, You can terraform a barren world direct into a machine world, but it still needs "machine worlds" ascension perk as the prerequisite.

- Fixed a bug which change all the defence armies into ultimate defence even they don't have ultimate warform
technology. Now the Ultimate defence only show up on planet which has bulding ultimate fortress.
- Added new aux component dark energy booster. For those people who use other mods, those mod has special ship
that can not use dark energy reactor. There are 4 difference size you could chose, they are carring huge energy.
- Small balance adjust.

- Ultimate technologies 2.0 update note -
- This mod officially support game version 2.0.* now.
- All weapon, ultilities, edicts have their totally rework.
- All the missiles, torpedoes, strike crafts, point defence and new titanic weapon now will have their weapon type energy or kinetic.
- Totally new ultimate armies added, include Elite Strike Force, Ultimate War Machine,War Titan and The Avatar. also the defence army Ultimate Defence system.
- Virtual Particle Cannon will totally ignore shield and armor, which now worthy of it's name.
- New weapons Thansphasic Pluse and Gluon Splintering Cannon added. Thansphasic Pluse is an energy type weapon which can cast huge damage on armor and hull. And Gluon Splintering Cannon is a lage kinetic type weapon.
- New titanic weapon The Trident now add to the game, as a Ultimate T-slot weapon any can be used by Titans and ion cannons.
- New aux component Quantum Fire Control, improve weapon fire rate and accuracy.
- New technology Ultimate warform added, it will unlock new armies and building.
- New Building Ultimate Fortress added, it will generate planet defence force.
- Planetary Council now becomes a country unigue building, also change it's name to High Council.
- Planet edicts reworked, Geological Reconstruction now cost energy and minerals. negative modifiers remove edicts also cost energy now.
- Weapon fire effect reworked, now they are looking more beautiful and smooth.
