1.6 Adams update
- now 2 STL drives, half c and c
- revised prereqs for FTL back to physics lab 2, but with *much* faster FTL from there.
- pirates, cultists and anomaly ships hopefully fixed.

- Fixed(?) syncretic and mechanist starts so that the special pops correclty spawn on primitive buildings as well as vanilla ones, so both players and AIs with the civics should get their correct pops. Should.
- Reverted practical FTL to depend on physics lab 1 versus physics lab 2, so you need only one tech before it unlocks versus 5. Someday when I have more time I'll set it back to lab 2 and rework all the tech weights, but in the meantime this will deliver FTL at the same pace as we're used to with PreFTL. No more mega engineering before FTL travel.
- No change to research and unity penalties and their progressive removal, I was unable to reproduce the reported bugs. Will try again later, real life calls.

- Adjusted STL to just under light speed, should be ~2x as fast
- Nerfed unity production in similar manner as gov ethics attraction. Start with none, recover some unity production with each government or culture tech until you get back to vanilla values at tier 2 techs
- Nerfed science production until you discover the specialized labs. Returns to normal at tier 2. Tier 3 labs now give a bonus, because by the time you get to tier 3 labs, +25% research rate isn't a big deal compared to your colony and pop penalties.
- Eliminated some leftover code that might have caused problems with syncretic and mechanist starts. Don't have Utopia, so can't test this.

Renamed revolt event file so it will correctly overwrite vanilla revolts.

Revolts now average happening after a mere decade of oppressive 80 unrest instead of vanilla's 50 years of misery.

AI can no longer build slower than light constructors, transports, or military ships. It can still build STL science and colony ships. This should help keep it from tying up precious resources in ships it'll only retask to new destinations halfway thru windup. It should also help them figure out to upgrade their military ships from no drive to FTL drive instead of mistaking STL for a real interstellar drive.

Fixed typo that was breaking the upgrade chain for capital buildings at tier 3

UN and Commonwealth of Man now correctly start as primitives. Note that if you start as CoM and the UN spawns, they will get normal vanilla starting buildings (although primitive techs) so they get a little bit of an edge.

FTL theory depends on Quantum Physics, practical FTL now depends on Applied Quantum Physics. So it should come a little later yet.
