Added three new tradition trees, namely: Malice (evil), Purity (xenophobes/isolationists), Benevolence (xenophiles/pacifists). Malice is meant to cause trouble to other empires and yourself.

Reworked Order, too many changes to mention here. Made it more about ship strength, construction and engineering. Changed the values of Cyber a little. Got a little out of hand when stacking mid- and endgame. Faith also rebalanced a little, mostly its edict values and government attraction. Removed Aspiration 1, gave a buff to consumer goods instead to make it more fitting.
