1.6.2. compatible (it already was before, but people wanted it to say so :p)

Finally fixed the annoying tooltip thing. Sadly this came at a cost of me overwriting original files rather than overriding them - meaning it might cause some compatibility issues with mods that also alter megastructures. But its the only way.

Some additional value tweaks (reduced Ringworld build time a bit, etc), misc fixes (stage 1 megas would not block other megas, but upgrades would - fixed that, so nothing blocks anything now), some QOL changes, etc.

Changed so that Master Builder no longer gives player Mega Engineering, and instead unlocks it as a permanently available research option.

Minor update: Ringworlds can now be constructed around Black Holes.

Update 3: You can now build multiple Megas at same time. Engineering file no longer being overwritten (which means mod should be more compatible to other mods). Master Builders ascension perk now grants you Mega Engineering technology (might later modify to grant it as research option instead of just flat out giving it, for balance purposes).

Fixed restored Dyson Spheres providing 1400 energy instead of 1200.

Fixed workshop uploading wrong version - resulting in mod not working.
