I've updated to fix the fallen empire buildings issue.
PD works but further work needs to be done.

- Added initial compatibility with v 3.12
- Changed the upgrade cost of mini megastructures that spawn during galaxy generation and precursor shipyards: no longer costs minor artifacts, instead they cost more base resources.

Patch 18-11-2023
- Added compatibility fixes for 3.10:
- Survey events and digsites once again spawn
- Updated modifiers or replaced with other ones where needed
- Updated event triggers

New:
- Added Mastery of Nature bonuses to all custom planetary features
- Added Civic Environmentalist's Hunters Lodge bonuses to all natural custom blockers
- Added 12 new Wargoals and Casus Bellis for the newer relics
- Added 12 new trade actions for the newer relics
- Newer relics can now be stolen with the Steal Relic spy operation
- Messages will now show up if the newer relics trade hands, either through trade actions, wargoals or conquest

- Fixes & other:
- Lowered leader xp bonus from the Rebirth Origin from 50% to 25%
- Made some balance changes to survey policy
- Optimized some trigger code
- Fixed some spelling

- Adjusted some planet modifiers to have greater values of +- max generator/farming/mining districts. This should create a bit more exotic worlds for you to specialize.
- Fixed FE buildings deleting themselves for real this time
- Fixed missing Precursor Remnants empire modifier rewards

- Added gpm_mod_active = { always = yes } scripted trigger on request for mod compatibility
- Updated some precursor tech bonuses
- Added hidden restrictions so some techs no longer show up for gestalts/robot empires from random rewards that they can not make use of.
- Added new extra modifiers to some precursor relics
- Switched order of the archaeostudies facility overwrite so it works on ancient archaeopolis worlds now
- Fixed missing overwrite check for devolving colosus weapon on contingency worlds. That should now work again.
- Planet modifiers from planet management (like slave rebellion, gang wars, stop robot production, etc) are now removed when planets are catastrophically changed. Mostly applicable to crisis fleets destroying planets.
- Restoring or building an ecumenopolis will no longer apply a terraforming "tier" modifier as it didn't make much sense.
- Fixed a bug with Assimilate World decision from the Machine World Core relic where it didn't remove some modifiers if used on gas giants.
- Overwrting FE resource production buildings to get rid of the check preventing you to build them.
- Fixed Steal Relic spy operation not working

- Updated to game version 3.8 and added base compatibility to Paragons leader update
○ More updates and compatibility will be added such as making use of the new ui windows for leaders
○ Some reward traits will be updated and improved later
○ The leader reward from xandar will become a legendary leader at some point
- Disabled steal relic spy operation from being availible on primitive empires
- Reduced the minor relic cost for upgrading mini space structures
- The Precursor Institute now increases minor artifacts cap by 1000 (2000 if the Archaeo-Engineers AP is taken)
- Increased the max resource districts from planet features that spawn alongside planet modifiers by 1
- Archaeoengingeers now also produce minor relics on the ancient archaeopolis worlds
- Archaeostudies Faculty now also provides a bonus on ancient archaeopolis worlds
- Fixed missing localisation for mod_planet_doctors_produces_mult
- Added some performance optimisation fixes to some decisions and the relic spy operations
- Fallen Empires now get -3 ship and hyperlane detection range to prevent them from initiating greetings at game start duo to the increased stats from my added technologies and bonuses.
- Fixed a bug where Observation Stations weren’t getting some bonuses from civics and techs
- Fixed a bug where planetary rings and Resource Extraction Sites would still spawn if you had them disabled through the options menu.
- Fixed Fallen Empire buildings not being buildable when given as rewards
- Base game was fixed so random technology rewards now exclude insight technologies. You should no longer get insight techs from survey events.

== General ==
- Slighly reduced the number of mineral and energy space deposits
- Improved the blocker & feature spawning on Ancient Archaeopolises
- Significantly reduced the bonuses from precursor planet features (deposits)
- Reduced the chance for precursor modifiers to spawn on habitable worlds, they were a little too common

== Buildings & Districts ==
- Improved the manufactorium building for machine and hive empires so it now gives an alloy bonus
- Increased the cost and reduced the producton of Archaeopolis Manufacturing and Power districts. -They are very OP!
- Removed the text mentioning an unclearable archaeology blocker on the Archaeopolis Science District

== Modding ==
- Replaced all is_country_type = fallen empire & awakaned fallen empire checks with the is_fallen_empire trigger
- Replaced all is_country_type = default checks with a new trigger: gpm_is_country_type_default
- Replaced all is_country_type = awakened_fallen_empire with a new trigger: gpm_is_country_type_awakened_fallen_empire

== Events ==
- Significantly reduced the chance of finding precursor empire bonuses. They are powerful and should be fairly rare.
- Slightly reduced the chance of getting special precursor rewards such as precursor techs and minor artifacts from dig sites
- Slightly reduced the chance of getting precursor techs from reverse engineering minor artifacts
