fixed a crash in honey biomes related to bee stings. They were using a changed effect handle.

Lowered tier difficulties on most lower-end FU biomes. You should find far, far fewer "holy crap that is hard for a Gentle Star planet" moments in relation to Crystal Moons, Primeval Forest, Bog, Mountainous and Rainforest.

minor tweaks to some honey - related and bees-related produce and food that had old healing values stuck in them.

they now provide their basic bonuses without the associated old food-buffs
