Fixes for bees quests, and some updates to the structure

FU stations should now all have "rare" or other colored icon borders to set them all apart from standard items.

tribal feathers appear again, and with augment ability. They also now grant a slight energy increase because why not?

Matter Assembler has two extra tabs to catch any armor/weapon recipes it has that were misplaced.

poison and fire immunity tags were swapped to the proper ones. Hopefully before anyone crashed as a result :)
