Update v3.3 Heinlein

- Removed Weapon_components.csv file and modifications from mod (No longer needed)
- Removed 00_Utilities_roles.txt file and modifications from mod (No longer needed)
- Removed 00_Weapons_missiles.txt file and modifications from mod (No longer needed)
- Decreased FLEET_BASE_FORMATION_DIV value from 10 to 4 to space out fleets pre
battle (Helps reduce clumping and increase ship spacing for initial engagement)
- Tweaked Standard_ship_behaviors.txt to make destroyers more active and cruisers
hang back (helps reduce clumping in the back part of fleet engagement) (Corvettes &
Destroyers in front / middle area of battles while Cruisers & Battleships remain in
the rear area for a more spaced out engagement)

Update V 3.0

- Restored Vanilla behavior to Defensive Computers (Stand off behavior).
- Reduced Defensive CPU engagement range slightly to prevent problems with
short ranged weapons attacking stationary targets. (stations)
- Adjusted engagement ranges of Default and Aggressive CPUs accordingly.

Update V 2.9

- Reduced collision awareness of ship behavior slightly to allow for better
pathing in large fleets.
- Reduced ship speed so the tendency to blob happens later.
- Reduced collision radius of ships to allow for better pathing in large
fleets.
- Increased fleet move max dist to allow for ships to move away from fleet
without being constrained by laggers.
- Increased engagement ranges slightly to reduce blobbing thanks to new
collision values.
- Increased fleet formation scale to allow for better pathing in large
fleets.
- Increased Combat Back off rate to reduce blobbing thanks to new collision
values.

Update V. 2.8

- Reverted weapon cooldown and damage changes to Vanilla values (Play battles on slow
/ slowest for less weapon fire spam!)
- Redid weapon range changes (all VANILLA weapon ranges increased by 50% and then added +15 --
except for PD weapons)
- Reduced duration of autocannon graphic duration from 1.5 to 1.0 (less projectile spam)
- Increased engagement range of all CPUs slightly

Mini Fix

- Updated ballistics.txt file in projectiles folder with 1.1 Vanilla file in the event it was causing problems with crystalline shard launchers.
(If this does not fix your graphics bug with shard launchers it is probably another mod that is causing the problem.)
