- fixed: ToolMode for other road tools (train, metro, pedestrian) wasn't changeable before opening the roads panel
- added: indication of the original traffic lights states in tooltip
- added: revert to original traffic lights state via right click

Note: This version does not work with Extended Road Upgrade mod: the Traffic Lights Tool button is not selectable (or more precise: the previous tab from the road tool modes gets immediately activated again and therefore the Traffic Lights Tool deactivated)

Note: This version removed the Shortcut (Ctrl+T), but it will return soon
