Updated to version 2.0

GAMEPLAY:
- Attachments are now called Plumage
- "Bald" plumage no longer selectable

DEV:
- Localisation files updated
- Updated to work with v4.* of Stellaris
- Legacy versions are at the bottom of the workshop page if people wish to get them
