Added pointers to Strange worlds once they're discovered.
Fixed some precursor events chains that would break if another empire takes control of a new system before you can survey it. The events will now fire if you can get your science ship in orbit of the planet. You'll still need to be able to excavate the dig site though, but it's nothing war can't solve.

The Illusion Rune decision can now only be used on natural worlds.
