Rewrote how the colossus events are fired.

Reverted to the previous version.

Added colossus interactions with the Strange Worlds planets.
Added safety flags to these worlds too to prevent some unwanted interactions with other mods.
Note that some modded colossus will also have interactions if you have the Merger of Rules.
