- Fixed more script errors

- Fixed an issue with Reactors, Drives and Combat Computers not upgrading from the vanilla tiers to the new tiers. This now overwrites the reactors, drives and roles vanilla files in the game.

- All Components and Weapons should automatically upgrade from their vanilla variants, to the new tiers included in this mod (this now overwrites the vanilla files to do this, so others mods that do this may not work correctly if this mod is placed after in the load after those mods!)

- Re-balanced the Auto-Repair Component

- Fixed the issue with Juggernauts and Colossus getting tier 2 Dark Matter Thrusters

- Fixed several script errors
