- Fixed Overtuned traits, updated to 3.8
- Fixed Ocean Paradise localization
- Added warning to Calamitous Birth localization
- You can now gene-mod Clone Army species. I got sick of not being able to Overtune them, or apply Brain Slugs to the template. Note that this requires a new game (since the restriction is added by event).
