Added Seperatist version of blockade armor, less protective and slightly faster.

found NUMEROUS bugs in customNPCS.xml and had to hotfix due to large amount of duplicate bandoliers from an original copy error cascading should be last update until patch.

Went and cleaned up and adjusted armor values with focus on adding explosion damage protection based on changes to vanilla armor last patch or so with vests having explosion damage protection based on the standard body armor having 50% splinter protection and most armors are also correctly spawning as wreck loot including some of the reputation armors very rarely. readjusted movement/propulsion penalties as well based on how heavy the armor is in relation to others.

Improvised combined armor has a new sprite and a noncraftable brownish green variant worn by seperatists and some bandit/pirates. Thanks to Kahniji

Old imp combined armor is now a rare wreck item being heavier and slightly more protective.

New armor Blockade Armor is a Coalition reputation armor that is extremely heavy but highly protective, less than psyicorium but full arms and legs with heavier stun protection, rarely found on abandoned station missions with Coalition or as wreck loot, also thanks to Kahniji.

changed spelling on RepeatingRifle entries to repeating rifle and cleaned up 2 inventories that may have had too many items.

hotfix due to multiple old exploits found and patched out, seriously fucking wow.

Forgot to make new marauder mags use tag for recycling and new basic mag had 1 too many ingredients due to munition casing accidentally being copy pasted from another magaszine

Small buff to Anti Materiel rifle damage but reduced targets to hit back to 2 for normal and 3 for phys, speed very slightly worse on top end as it was too close to normal rifles.

Marauder gets a normal non-physicorum round, still low velocity, does not hit multiple targets does increased blunt damage and has good armor penetration.

Syringe guns properly have their preferred container tags for poisons.

Revolver rounds get a tiny bonus to headshot damage/stun like rifle rounds.
