Changes all loose normal ammo to 24 in inventory and 48 in cabinets. An odd change from the 32 I know but with 6 8 and 12 in revolver, shotgun and rifle weapons 12 or 18 felt off and now you get 4, 3 or 2 reloads depending on the weapon you are using. The ease of reloading and not dealing with magazines however is now nerfed a bit from being able to just carry a 32 stack.

Handgun ammo is now somewhat easier to make though it still requires TI-Alloy for its penetrator.

Marauder Battle rifle adjusted, slower firing, lower velocity instead of hitscan, has recoil/flinch negated by exosuit and absolutely devestates armored targets and submarine hulls.

changed up weapon values, internal damage was bypassing armor pretty heavy so I made frangible/hydroshock represent with explosion damage, get out those tweezers NT docs. The Marauder battle rifle is being moved to an advanced parts kit weapon as its just too good not to be, still expensive ammo.

Naval machete feedback and testing shows its underperforming so all of its soft stats and attack speed plus damage were slightly increased. No plans atm for special versions like the dive knife.

NPC loadouts added including machetes and talents.

Update busted the way rifle grenade noises work, operator had incorrect fire rate due to its rifle code,

Operator rifle has a big reload after firing a rifle grenade and fires a lot faster now.

The manual rifle can fire grenades as fast as you can normally fire due to its improved mechanism.

Both now make proper grenade firing noises!

Welder and Prototype steam cannon being tool/weapons got given a flashlight slot to fit in with other weapons.

Whoops copied the wrong code and broke advanced submachinegun magazine fabrication.

I wanted to drop my own fix for the Autoinjector headset like in BT but it would get into override hell with other mods so chose to not have that headache.

All ammo properly has maxstacksizecharacterinventory="x" and MaxStackSizeHoldableOrWearableInventory="x"
Hotfix STILL isn't out to fix maxstacksize=8 on toolbelt, bags and crates, wow.

Flashlight overide and power consumption dropped by half to 5 due to them almost always being on when used. Stablight power consumption 6.5 and laserpoint is 3.

density values updated, plastic magazines and weapons sink slower, grenade launcher still floats. Most people will not even notice this one.
