- changed check to every one minute instead of every playerUpdate so it lags less.
- added the frying pan to the list of irrelevant weapons (for cooking reasons)
- added localization files ( Extensive fully done, realistic not yet)
- tweaked some stats on negative multipliers
- added failsafe to ensure no weapon can have a negative critical chance
