- added two new sandbox settings to modify the chance of modifier on crafted ranged weapons and crafted melee weapons, allowing for Brita & other mods compatibility
- Tinkering skill now gives a small chance of not consuming items when tinkering (3% per level)
- Tinkerer trait's effect slightly nerfed, but now stacks with the skill's effect (+20% chance of not consuming items, max 20 + 3 x 10 = 50% at Tinkering level 10 with the trait)
- Slightly increased the effect of Tinkering skill on modifier rarities
- buffed critical strike chances in general
- nerfed accuracy of [Sniper] modifiers
- very small nerf to the overall rarities of crafted items
- aiming and reloading levels now have a small effect on tinkering rarities (same as melee weapons with the related skill)
- added Halo Text above the player after tinkering, displaying the tinkered weapon's name with its new modifier
- removed [Small V] modifier from the extensive list
- tweaked "bad" and "shitty" rarity modifier's font color so it's more readable in the tooltip
- fixed bug when trying to tinker an item that had non-standard fixing items
- fixed gun upgrades not working on guns with modifiers
- fixed tooltip incorrect height when hovering on a modded weapon or two-handed weapon in the belt & holster slots

- added and updated chinese translation
- more translation compatibility
- added sandbox setting : Tinkering Skill XP multiplier
- raised the default cost of tinkering from 1 item use to 2 item uses
- decreased the number of nails required to tinker a spiked baseball bat (from 10 -> 5)
- added sandbox setting to adjust the cost of tinkering (1, 2, 3 or 4 item uses)
- added checkbox in sandbox settings to enable tinkering Ranged Weapons (won't work if you're using the Realistic list as it does not have any modifier for Ranged Weapons)
- added checkbox in sandbox settings to make the Tinkerer trait dynamic
- trying a new fix for the rare glitched item names & modifier names in multiplayer
- fixed tinkering an item rarely resulting into applying a [Standard] modifier instead of a modifier of the lowest rarity ([shitty] or [bad])
- Repairmen and Engineers now get +1 Tinkering skill. They still need to read the magazine before being able to tinker.
- Some traits now slightly impact a player's rarity tweaker (when crafting and tinkering) positively or negatively. (Lucky, Unlucky, All Thumbs, Clumsy, Handy, Amateur mechanic.)

- Added new optional mod "Tinkering Skill" that allows players to reroll a weapon's modifier.
