Fixed some bugs related to the order in which turn timers would display (this version's implemention of it should be improved over version 3). Also did some general code restructuring to potentially benefit future versions. Unfortunately, still was not yet able to determine what's causing the bug where this mod works for some saves but not others.

Quantity changes should now work correctly, showing either a + or a - to indicate whether your available quantity should increase or decrease at the end of the relevant turn timer.

Up to three turn timers should be able to appear next to any resource. It seems some bug may cause deals with identical durations to cancel each other out. (e.g. If you make three deals regarding one resource on the same turn, you may only see the very last deal you made.)

The position of this UI feature on the top bar has been shifted left a bit so as not to be obscured when the stated year starts displaying months. May look a little silly until then, but without this tweak it'd definitely look badly placed when month displays do kick in.

Resource quantity totals should be more accurate (they could be potentially wrong in version 1 due to the way the game code can trade resources you're managing to yourself) and support for resources you own only via trade was put in.

Unfortunately it's all still not quite working as I'd expect it to with this update, so bear that in mind if you see anything odd. The reason ~ is there rather than + or - is because currently my tests seem to be showing trade pluses even when minuses should be there. Also, multiple trade deals should show up separated by commas, but that seems to not be working right now either. Still testing trying to get that resolved, but at least there is still some improvement over version 1.
