GENERAL BALANCE CHANGES
Upgrading Psycaster Stats should no longer upgrade Psyfocus gain multiplier.
When you reach first level of Psylink, a random path should no longer unlock. Instead, the pawn should get two points to spend themselves.
Neural heat recovery rate per level changed from 0.0250/s to 0.0125/s
Neural heat increase when upgrading Psycaster stats decreased from +20 to +10.
Neural heat recovery rate when upgrading Psycaster stats decreased from +0.2 to +0.050
Psyfocus gain multiplier when upgrading Psycaster stats is removed.
Non-enemy targetted abilities can no longer be autocast.
Abilities set to autocast will now also be autocast even when not drafted.
Maximum level of a Psycaster is now a thing. By default, it is set to 30. This can be adjusted in mod options. Existing characters of level 30 and higher still get to keep their high level, but will no longer be able to level up higher. Mod options allow you to set the maximum level to anything from 1 to 300.
EMPATH PATH
Mindwipe no longer works on mechs. Can only be cast on humans.
SKIPMASTER PATH
Waterskip area of effect now scales with Psychic sensitivity, up to the maximum of 10 radius.
Waterskip new description: Douse a target in water, extinguishing fires and shorting any electrical structures. The water is archotechnologically skipped from distant bodies of water or underground aquifers, with the amount skipped scaling with psychic sensitivity.
Waterskip now cleans filth.
Chaos skip range now scales with Psychic sensitivity of the caster.
Chaos skip new description: Teleport the target to a random position from where he started, the distance scaling with the caster’s psychic sensitivity. Stuns the target for a second and is considered a hostile action.

Explosion new description: Ignites a small amount of deepchem underneath the target area, which vents to the surface in an explosion. Burns the area and spills forth excess liquid.
Heat gain of Explosion increased from 30 to 42.
Fire shield duration now scales with psychic sensitivity of the caster.
Fire shield new description: Creates an aura of blazing flames around the target for a time, preventing them from immolation and igniting any who try to attack them in melee. Duration scales with the caster’s psychic sensitivity.

Breathe Flame new description: Spews forth flammable liquid which immediately ignites, along with everything the flames touch.
Eye blast damage amount decreased from 25 to 14.

Eye blast new description: Emulating a star, the caster compresses highly energized gas which escapes in the desired direction, with damage scaling with psychic sensitivity. Ignites a small but distant area.

Extinguish Flames new description: Converts a local deposit of deepchem into fire-retardant foam which sprays forth from the user in a large area.
Meteor Shower new description: Skips and immolates orbiting meteoroids to strike a designated area. The number of impacts scales with psychic sensitivity.
Fire tornado psyfocus cost increased from 50% to 80%.
Fire beam psyfocus cost increased from 30% to 50%.
PROTECTOR PATH
Stabilize base duration reduced from 120s to 100s.
Stabilize duration now scales with psychic sensitivity of the caster.
Stabilize new description: Temporarily puts the target’s cardiovascular system in stasis, which prevents them from bleeding out for a time, scaling with the psychic sensitivity of the caster.
Word of Immunity effect Immunity gain speed lowered from x300% to x180%.
Word of Immunity new description: Psychically stimulates a person’s immune system into overdrive, effectively nearly doubling their immunity gain speed for a few days.
Skipshield duration now scales with psychic sensitivity of the caster.
Skipshield new description: Generate a spherical skipgate that sends all incoming and outgoing ground-level projectiles to some distant place. People and items are not affected. Duration scales with psychic sensitivity of the caster.

Overshield heat gain increased from 20 to 50.
Regrow limbs now puts the pawn in a ‘regenerative coma’ for the duration of the Psycast. That pawn will only wake up from the coma once the psycast effects end.

Regrow Limbs new description: Induces a psychic, regenerative coma in the target that lasts for a full day. The psychic energy assists the target by slowly regrowing any missing limbs.

Speed boost psyfocus cost increased from 2% to 12%.
Speed boost heat gain increased from 8 to 12.

Firing focus new description: Psychically augments the hands, eyes and reaction speed of the caster, reducing their ranged attack cooldown by 80% for roughly two minutes depending on their psychic sensitivity.

Plant timeskip psyfocus cost increased from 25% to 50%.
Plant timeskip now ages the caster 1 year.
Plant timeskip now advances time on all plants in radius by 3.5 days instead of growing them to maturity.
Plant timeskip new description: Grows all the plants in a radius around the caster, advancing their maturity by the equivalent of 7 days. Biologically ages the caster by a full year.
Timeskip meditation coma duration increased from 6 hours to 24 hours.
