Patch 1.1.8.2 - Balance, Farmer mini-rework and mutually exclusives

This patch contains some changes... so here they are:
- Nimble skill nerf for every skill and occupation.
- Traits that grant special effects no longer grant XP multipliers if they earned in game (example: Handy, Relentless, etc.).
- Many traits now become mutually exclusives to avoid abusing.
- Farmer becomes spear-oriented occupation. Garden fork power!
- Butcher's trait will receive nerf because of heavy XP progression.

General:
- Nimble skill cost increased from 2 to 3 for all traits and occupations.

- Added all missing cooking recipes.

- Earning trait in game no longer grants XP multipliers.
- Endurance regeneration effect while sneak running increased by 20%

"Marathon Runner":
- Earning trait in game no longer grants XP multipliers.
- Endurance regeneration effect while running increased by 40%

"Relentless":
- Earning trait in game no longer grants XP multipliers.
- Now mutually exclusive with traits "Marathon Runner", "Between the Shadows", "Very Underweight", "Obese".
- Cost increased 6 >>> 7
"Handy":
- Earning trait in game no longer grants XP multipliers.
- Now earnable at 8 Carpentry and 6 Maintenance >>> 7 Carpentry and 6 Maintenance
"Brawler":
- Chance to remove unhappiness slightly reduced.
- Cost increased 10 >>> 11 (unhappiness reduction cost was not included before by mistake)
"Desensitized":
- Requirement to earn trait changed:
- Survive time unchanged.
- Kill zombies 4000-7500 >>> 4000 - 8000

"Nyctophobic":
- Fixed error when player get teleported.
"Sunday Driver":
- Points increased 2 >>> 3
"Weak Back":
- Points increased 3 >>> 4
"Clumsy":
- Now mutually exclusive with trait "Gymnast".
"High Thirst":
- Points increased 3 >>> 4
"Depressive":
- Passive unhappiness generation and chance to fall into depression reduced by 20%
- Points reduced 4 >>> 3
"Smoker":
- Now need to smoke less often (comparing with changed in patch 1.1.6.5.)
"Panic Attacks":
- Chance to get panic attack increased by 10%, but panic reducing slightly faster.
"Restless Sleeper":
- Points reduced 8 >>> 7
"Sore Legs":
- Pain slightly adjusted at high levels of Sprinting and Lightfooted.
- Now mutually exclusive with traits "Runner", "Gymnast", "Hiker".

Patch 1.1.8.1 - Aiming rebalance (once again) and minor changes.

Some traits renamed.
Descriptions for some traits rewritten.
Occupation clothes update.
Aiming skill summary changes:
- "Shooter" trait will be removed from occupations, but occupations will retain the same Aiming level.
- Occupations that have a bonus to Aiming will get +1 Reloading for free.
- "Sniper" trait removed. Unfortunately, trait feels foreign. It no longer available to pick and earn in game. Your current character will keep their XP boosts.
- Added new trait "Sharpshooter": +2 to Aiming and Reloading.
- "Shooter" and "Sharpshooter" are mutually exclusive.
- If player don't have "Shooter" trait at beginning, player will earn "Shooter" trait at 6 Aiming.
- If player have "Shooter" trait at beginning, it will be upgraded to "Sharpshooter" trait at 6 Aiming.
- "Sharpshooter" trait picked at beginning can't be upgraded.
- "Eagle Eyed" trait reducing requirements by 1 Aiming.
- "Short Sighted" trait increasing requirements by 1 Aiming.
- No more Reloading requirements.
- In general, Aiming traits system should look less angular and more understandable. Basically, you can upgrade your Aiming once while playing.

Occupation changes:
Police Officer
"Shooter" trait >>> removed

Veteran

New trait "Sharpshooter":

Cost: 8
- Can be obtained at 6 Aiming if the player had the "Shooter" trait at the start of the game (Eagle Eyed/Short Sighted perk reduces/increases requirements by 1 Aiming level).

"Gasoline Management" renamed >>> "Experienced Refueler"

"Shooter":
- Earnable at 5 Aiming >>> 6 Aiming (Eagle Eyed/Short Slighted reducing/adding requirements by 1)
- Reloading requirements to earn trait removed.
"Sniper":
- Trait removed. Can't be picked and earned in game. But you will still have it with your current character.
"Hiker":
- Added info about known trap recipes.

"Smoker":
- Endurance loss while running slightly increased.
- Endurance loss with two-handed weapon swings slightly increased.
- Endurance loss with Short Blade swings slightly reduced.

Patch 1.1.8 - Scaling and better descriptions.

- "Relentless", "Marathon Runner", "Shadow Way" and "Sore Legs" traits now scaling with skill level.
- Possibility to earn "Graceful" and "Inconspicuous" trait now exclusive for players who don't pick "Clumsy" and "Conspicuous" traits at beginning.
- Slight improvement for long term "Adrenaline Junkie" players.
- Performance improvements for some traits which affect weapons like "Strong Grip".
- Updated starting clothes selection for patch 41.78
- "Nimble" trait renamed into "Agile".
- "Lightfooted" trait renamed into "Light-footed" (yes, this is very important).

Expanded description for next traits in game (To meet the requirements of "Better Descriptions for Traits" mod):
"Accustomed to the dead": If do not have nausea at the moment. Does not affect zombification sickness.
"Breathing Technique": If endurance drops below 80%. More effective while not moving.
"Enjoy the Ride": Vehicle speed must be over 60 MPH.
"Commercial Driver": Drowsiness accumulates more slowly when driving a moving vehicle.
"Improvised Cleaning": Knows how to make Bleach and Cleaning Liquid.
"Priestly Spirituality": Prayers slightly reduce stress, boredom and unhappiness.

"Accelerated Metabolism": Affects all sources of Strength and Fitness. Hunger level should not be below Peckish to take effect.
"Low Sweating": Reducing wetness generation. May be less effective while under rain.
"Optimist": Reducing passive boredom generation by 50%. Unhappiness can't get higher than 50% for 48 hours.
"Marathon Runner": Recovers endurance while running. Does not affect sprinting and sneaking. The higher Sprinting skill, the more often endurance is recovered.
"Shadow Way": The higher Sneaking skill, the more often endurance is recovered.
"Relentless": Has a chance to recover half base endurance of weapon swing. The higher Nimble skill, the more often endurance is recovered.
"Brawler": Loves to fight using blunt weapons. Successful attacks with any blunt weapon can reduce unhappiness.

"Sensitive Digestion": The larger the portion, the stronger the pain and nausea can be.
"Allergic": Sneezing may attract zombies. Sneeze can be muffled with Tissue or Toilet paper. Sneezing quieter if indoors.
"Snorer": Snoring may attract zombies while sleeping.
"Excessive Sweating": Sweating profusely while fighting, running or doing fitness.
"Depressive": Unhappiness passively increases over time. Depression can occur once every few days.
"Panic Attacks": Chance of panic attack reducing with survived time.
"Sore Legs": Sprinting level reducing pain while running and sprinting. Lightfooted level reducing walking and stomping pain.
"Alcoholic": Can get rid of this bad habit if do not drink alcohol for a month.
"Smoker": Can get rid of this bad habit if do not smoke tobacco for a month.

Occupation changes:
Miner:
"Miner's Endurance" trait:
- Endurance modifier increased 0.7 >>> 0.8 (Pickaxe swings will cost slightly more endurance than before)

Trait changes:
"Graceful":
- Lightfooted level to earn trait reduced 8 >>> 6
- Can't be earned if starting with "Clumsy" trait.
"Inconspicuous":
- Sneak level to earn trait reduced 8 >>> 6
- Can't be earned if starting with "Conspicuous" trait.
"Adrenaline Junkie":
- Can't earn "Desensitized" trait through surviving and killing zombies. (without panic, trait losing sense). "Brave" trait is still available to earn.
"Relentless":
- Now recovers endurance based on weapon weight for more accurate calculations with different weapons.
- Chance to recover endurance per swing changed 20% >>> 15% + 1% per Nimble level, up to 25%.
- Now recovers less endurance if fatigued or exhausted, up to 90% reduction.
"Marathon Runner":
- Chance to recover endurance per tick changed 20% >>> 20% + 1% per Sprinting level, up to 30%.
- Now recovers less endurance if fatigued or exhausted, up to 90% reduction.
"Shadow Way":
- Chance to recover endurance per tick changed 25% >>> 20% + 1% per Sneak level, up to 30%. Chance doubled while sneak running.
- Now recovers less endurance if fatigued or exhausted, up to 90% reduction.

"Sore Legs":
- Walking and Stomping pain now scaling with Lightfooted skill.
- Running and Sprinting pain now scaling better with Sprinting skill.
- Exercise pain remain unchanged.

Patch 1.1.7.4 - Balancing. Weight traits changes.

- Traits which affecting character starting weight are pretty easy to deal with if comparing with other traits. Now it calculates for +2 points per -10kg and +3 points per +10kg. Fitness and Strength cost unchanged.
- "Depressive" trait is pretty straight forward easy to deal with, even if it pretty annoying sometimes.
- "Liquid Blood" trait is pretty dangerous and will receive small buff.

"Resilient":

"Fear of the Dark":
- Now scales with "Cowardly" trait.
- Now removes after earning "Desensitized" trait.
"Excessive Sweating":
- Slightly adjusted wetness generation.

- Points increased 3 >>> 4
"Depressive":
- Points reduced 4 >>> 3
"Slow Healer":

- Endurance consumption while sprinting reduced.

Added some missing foraging bonuses descriptions for occupation traits. (More Description for Traits mod)
Adjusted some placement of occupation icons, so they do not cover trait icons in character info window.

Doctor drop Short Blade skill to be more universal.
Engineer slightly changed and become non-stealth version of Burglar occupation with "Burglar" trait.
Negatives slightly adjusted.

"Construction Worker":
- Carpentry skill increased 1 >>> 2
- Starting points reduced 2 >>> 0
"Doctor":
- No longer have Short Blade skill.

Patch 1.1.7 - New occupations and some changes.

Four new occupations: Butcher, Paparazzi, Miner, Shop Employee.
Army occupations now have Short Blades skill.
And some more small changes.

Patch 1.1.6.5 - Smoker, Alcoholic and balance.

Smoker become slightly more realistic.
Panic attacks will be less annoying.
Alcoholic negatives become less impactful but trait will give less points.

Traits changes:
"Generator Expert":
- no longer obtainable at Electricity level 4.
"Relentless" and "Marathon Runner":
- now recover slightly more endurance for players with low Fitness.
"Shadow Way":
- endurance recovery while running slightly increased.
- now recover slightly more endurance for players with low Fitness.
"Desensitized":
- cost reduced 11 >>> 10

"Smoker":
- now have to smoke more often.
- now may exhale slightly faster while running or fighting. Higher fitness means less endurance loss. Does not affect exercises.
- if you smoke pretty often you want to eat less, but hunger will increase if you don't smoke for long time.
"Allergic":
- sneezing radius reduced by 30% if players is indoors.
"Panic Attacks":
- panic attacks should occur less often.
"Alcoholic":
- unhappiness, stress, and thirst now get worse after 12 >>> 12-16 hours.
- fatigue, headache, nausea and stress get worse after 24-48 >>> 32-48 hours.
- abstinence effect:
- now does not affect hunger
- fatigue generation reduced by 50%
- days to get rid of alcoholic reduced 28-38 >>> 28-35
- points reduced 8 >>> 7
