Updated to latest core systems.

Adjusted damage vs SG for the missiles and artillery cannon shell. should hit harder.

Fixed Assaultcannon ammo missing ammo def. This was causing the ricochet fragment to fail to spawn and as such dropping the damage of the assault cannon by 3/4. Assault cannon shells should do much more damage now and have a chance to bounce as intended.
