Added a desc for this change note...


Removed quite a few things and enhanced a ton of designs across the map. the evac tunnel system is now explorable with greater detail, removed a few unnecessary things for performance reasons. (Mainly for potatos, and since source engine may crash if you have like thousands of props.)
