QUICK HOTFIX 13.02.22 0.40:

I made an error with the megastructure weapons. Try to restart Steam and Stellaris or download the mod again to download the fix (it wasnt possible to place the marker anywhere, now it works again).

Fixed a bug with terraforming planets to the Immortal class (Vi origin).
Restart the game/steam or redownload the mod to have the missing districts when you terraform new planets to the Immortal class (using the Seele ship).

The Phoenix Empire civic can now be played together with the civics Warlord and Hearts of iron.
Also the civic bonuses have been improved.

- added skycatcher limit (1, because too many of them would be too strong), output got improved because of that, dark matter cost removed

- megastructure perks: now at least one other perk is required to use them, lower ai focus

- new civs have now the country_base_resource modifiers for incredible strong starts

- Prism Origin: starts now with rare crystal mining tech, decision to increase the planet size is now cheaper

- Constructor Ark origin: decision to unlock planet size and its unique research districts is now cheaper

- Solarflare origin: mining dark matter tech available since gamestart (to mine the spawned darkmatter deposit), destroyer tech added at gamestart

- A SLOT: "Signifier" for "A"-slot, very expensive and high upkeep but transforms the ship into a powerful flagship (usable for all ships!), available when unlocking Arcane-Ascension

- 3 new shipsets: all 3 Unbidden shipsets

- new portraits: Unbidden (all 3), Scourge, Contigency added

- cluster origins: all origins with a start in a distant star cluster have now the systems with the Interstellar Portal already surveyed

- Vi origin: Seele ship is now much cheaper, start for Hive+Lithoids improved

- Spectrals: "Core" structure/planet is harder to build now

- Irdir (Arcane Ascension): a bit stronger now

- Origins: "Intergalactic Isolationists" (2x), starts in an own cluster (multiple for MP)

- Immortal planet/Stahl planet dont spawn randomly anymore in the galaxy

- Compatibility Gigastructures: superweapons can no longer kill fleets of certain modded empires (Blokkats, ACOT and go) or attack certain systems

- Compatibility PlanetDiversity: Hivemoon/Nanitar and other triggers

- Hearts of Iron/Warlord -civics: new ship sections added to each ship (Carrier-, Attack-, Defensive-mode), civics can now be selected together, ships cost less influence but some more alloys
