  • Fixed issue with multiple scripts causing WC weapons to not load.

Version 5.5
  • Added small grid Force Field blocks, centred and offset.
  • Added new particle effect for the Elite Dangerous: FSD mod when entering warp. See gudie for more details.
  • Added mirror configs for Left and Right window blocks.
  • Fixed the tabs in the Replicator to match Keen's new system.
  • Conveyor ports on the Bussard Collectors have been fixed so they should work more reliably.
  • Bussard Collectors "should" now work when covered / indoors. I know it defeats the lore behind them but it was the first question I got asked.
  • Significantly increased fuel consumption of the Advanced Warp Core. They were never meant to run for days on one tank.
  • Updated WeaponCore scripts.
  • Due to the way Defense Shield mechanics have changed, most weapons have had their secondary shield penetrating mechanic removed. Shield penetration is now strictly a function of how Defense Shields works; read their guide for more information. Exceptions still exist for those weapons that were designed to ignore shields anyway, like the Transphasic Torpedo.
  • Phasers and most torpedoes have been rebalanced. Torpedoes, especially, should now do more damage to shields and less to armor.
  • Heat applied to shields by phasers has been reduced; heat applied by torpedoes has been increased.

Version 5.4
  • Phaser Spinal Lance and Romulan Plasma Weapon have been buffed.
  • New WeaponCore-based self destruct module. Firing the weapon triggers a 10 second countdown to self destruct.
  • Warp Cores now have a much bigger explosion effect on destruction.
  • Tritanium Ore Detector has been removed. See the guide for more details.
  • Point Defence Phaser beams and particles updated.
  • Corridor Connector mount points have been fixed.
  • Math's Animation Engine is now a mod dependency.
  • New "Strange New Worlds" style Bussard Collectors. See the guide for more details.
  • New single block "vent style" Bussard Collectors for TNG / other Star Trek ships. See the guide for more details.
  • New Deuterium Storage Tank to hold the liquid Deuterium gathered by the Bussard Collectors. See the guide for more details.

Version 5.3
  • One "final" attempt to solve the sim speed issue caused by Phasers on servers. The phasers should actually feel a bit more powerful as damage is now concentrated in the centre of the beam and any AOE has been removed.
  • Animated beams are back! Please report any issues.
  • New Tractor Beam texture.
  • Dual Phaser Banks now target properly when shoot mode is set to toggle or keyfire.
  • Phaser Cannons have been given 30° of azimuth movement either side of centre to help focus fire. You still need to aim properly at the target though; this isn't fire and forget!
  • Phaser Cannon damage has been buffed.
  • Photon, Voyager Photon, Quantum and Micro Torpedo damage against unshielded hulls has been buffed significantly. Expect holes, lots of holes!
  • Added offset force field block.
  • Added corridor intersection with door.
  • Added corridor with button panel.
  • The following guide sections have been updated: Borg, Corridors, Fleet Support, Hangar Doors, Phaser Cannons, Targeting Sensors, Customising Weapons.
  • Server configs will need to be updated to adjust damage for Phasers and Charged Polaron beams.

Version 5.1
  • Added non-emissive, colorable front plates for the Torpedo Launcher.
  • Added a half block variant to Starship Windows.
  • Fixed mirroring for Starship Windows.
  • Added a Pulse Disruptor Cannon.
  • Fixed the incorrect power draw for the Disruptor Cannon; it will now draw 10GW on recharge as stated in the guide.
  • Removed placement limitations on the Polaron Cannon; they were added in error with the previous update.
  • Updated Fleet Support mechanics.
  • Phasers, Disruptors and Polaron Cannons will now shoot at the closest available target.

Version 5.0
  • New
  • All weapon and ammo configs rewritten using the latest WeaponCore standard.
  • WeaponCore Server Config files will be reset due to the update and will need to be configured again. See the guide for details as more weapons can now be customised than before.
  • A new block, the Targeting Sensors, is required on all ships / stations in order for most of the weapons to work. See the guide for more details.
  • A new superweapon, the VA:Q Launcher, as seen in Lower Decks, has been added.
  • VA:Q Torpedoes can also be fired from the Advanced Torpedo Launcher MK1.
  • A set of Glowing Tritanium Armor Panels has been added (the new centred ones from Automatons will be added in a future update).
  • Starship window emissive blocks have been added.
  • Spatial Charge Launcher has been added.
  • Point Defence Torpedo Launcher has been added.
  • A new ammo type, the Charged Polaron Beam, has been added to the Polaron Cannon. See the guide for more details.

  • Deflector range is now 500km.

  • All Phaser ammo types now have the same 5km range.
  • Phasers will no longer damage themselves on firing.
  • Phasers, Disruptors and Polaron Cannons now generate heat on firing. See the guide for more details. No really, go read the guide now! It's important!
  • Fleet Support ships now use the new WeaponCore approaches so they should look a bit better.
  • Beam graphics have been updated.
  • Torpedo launchers inventory now have an overlay icon.
  • Superweapons are now restricted to one per grid.
  • Phaser and Phase Cannon icons now have a small circle indicator, solid for beam and broken for pulse.
  • The Point Defence Phaser has a new model and is now a twin beam weapon.
  • Fleet Support ships can now be shot at and destroyed with the Point Defence Phaser and Torpedo.
  • Tritanium Camera field of view increased to 100° to match vanilla cameras using Camera Panning.
  • The Anti-Personnel Phaser has a new model.

  • Fixed
  • Fixed mirroring on Glowing Armor Inverted Corner 2x1x1 Base and Tip. These blocks will need to be replaced; my apologies for this.
  • Torpedo Launchers' inventories have had their volume increased to hold 20 magazines to avoid reloading issues in Survival Mode.
  • The Tractor Beam should now be fixed and should no longer yeet ships to the other side of the galaxy.
  • The Corridor Cargo Access block should now show up in the Terminal.
  • The Automatons Update broke the Tritanium Remote Control; it has now been fixed.
  • The Force Field block has been fixed so it should no longer leak air if placed next to odd shaped blocks. See the guide for placement details.
