Post-playtest changes:
- reworked T mid (mid is now more closed)
- added mid to A lobby connector on T site

- replaced stairs leading to water near A site with ramp
- adjusted overall size of the map
- pushed A and B bombsite closer to each other
- adjusted rush timings (another iteration of adjustments needed)
